How to troubleshoot SSRS home page shows empty reports?

I browsed to http://serverName/Reports_Home/browse/ and it shows "This folder is empty" although in the in the F:\SMS_SRSRP\Reports folder it has a bunch of reports. Any suggestion is much appreciated.

    That's none of the default URL of SSRS.

    although in the in the F:\SMS_SRSRP\Report

    Why do you think saving a report on disk automatically deploys it to SSRS; it don't? You have to upload the report to SSRS, of course.
