Windows updates not downlaoding from WSUS server

Hi Team

I have approved the updates from WSUS service but client machines are not downloading it. recently a person who was managing WSUS has left and we had disabled his ID. and even the WSUS service was running on this account. From that time these issue began. I made myself as WSUS administrator and I changed the WSUS service to run on local account rather than user (Acount disabled). I hope this changes should have resolved the WSUS update issue.

But still we are facing the same issue. I followed below troubleshooting steps.

• I ensured clients are communicating to WSUS.
• WSUS/bits services are running in both server and clients

Please let me know if any other things needs to be checked.
