Cisco ISE 3.3 REST ID integration with Entra ID failure

Hi

My colleagues and I have been working through this document to implement the communication with Entra ID.

Cisco ISE with Microsoft Active Directory, Entra ID, and Intune - Cisco Community

We've been able to configure and use the Intune part of the setup where we can take info in a device certificate and use it to confirm device is in our Intune tenant.

We have created app registrations in Azure and input the Client ID, Tenant ID and Client Secret and then when hitting the "test connection" button it spins for a while and then we get an error stating "Couldn't connect REST ID Store". We have checked the Azure firewall for our virtual ISE box and have opened up everything to the internet for testing so we don't believe there is anything which is blocking any communications to Azure/Graph etc.

My colleague which works on the Cisco/Networking side have also put this support info into Cisco's support forum but we thought it might be useful to put in Microsoft's community too in case anyone has any insights. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Cheers
