Microsoft Licensing blocked my phone number

Hello,

I need to activate by phone more or less 40 server and 20+ RDS CAL licences and Microsoft restricted my phone number, so I cannot contact with the activation center by phone.

Can somebody help me?

Hello,

I cannot use another, phone.

When I call to the activation center it says my phone is in a SCAM list and the call hangs automatically, is there any phone/support, etc. where I can reach to get my phone number out of this list?
