Downgrade Rights in Windows Server 2025 Standard to Windows Server 2016 Standard

Hi,

as far is i know Windows Server 2022 Standard can be downgraded to Windows Server 2016 Standard (i have media and licence number from another server).

but what with Windows Server 2025 it can be downgraded to Windows Server 2016 Standard too ? (like above i have media and licence number) ?
