We have an Enterprise Agreement with Microsoft. Upon renewal of our contract, we decided not to renew certain perpetual licenses, such as Windows Server Data Center, SQL Server, and User CALs. These were perpetual licenses for the latest version.

Our new agreement reflects the specific products that were renewed. However, in our Admin Center portal, the count of all perpetual licenses that were not renewed appears as zero.

So far i know as perpetual licenses are valid for the lifetime of the specific version.

How can we view the correct count of these perpetual licenses in our Admin Center portal

Please provide guidance on how to accurately view the count of our perpetual licenses in the Admin Center.

    Hi Tanvir_Hasan_MS

Good day! Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community. We are happy to assist you.

Based on the description, I understand that you would like to check the count of your perpetual licenses that were purchased under an Enterprise Agreement with Microsoft in the Microsoft 365 Admin Center.

Since the perpetual license works differently than an online subscription, given the complexity of the situation, I believe it would be beneficial to escalate this matter to Microsoft Volume Licensing support team for advance troubleshooting. As we are moderator in Community, we are not authorized to check any users' billing details. For this query, it is suggested to directly contact the concerned team by creating a service request in the Microsoft 365 admin center or phone the support hotline, for details, please check Get support - Microsoft 365 admin | Microsoft Learn and Find Microsoft 365 for business support phone numbers by country or region - Microsoft 365 admin | Microsoft Learn.

Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated.

    Sincerely,

    Roger Shen
