not able to connect to any remote server using ssh in Windows 11 home , getting port 22: Connection timed out error

I had windows 10 OS in my laptop , I got free windows 11 home upgrade. After installing windows 11 I am not able to connect to any remote vm using ssh. Getting port 22: Connection timed out error.
