The Room calander show could not be update in outllok calnder Exchange online

Hello I have Creat Room mailbox in Exchange admin Center but for user the calander show with could not be update . i creat like the Example in this path

the Error when i want add meeting in calander : You do not have permission to create an entry in this folder. also i edit the Permisson in Powershell i give my self owner permisson and work it but  no one can book the room throw sending email  the respones came afte  1 day with this error :
