Cannot access Windows IIS Cluster address on local Server but works fine on VPN

I setup a Network Load Balancer on Windows 2022 for IIS clustering and have 2 web servers. I set a name for the cluster as NLB01 for testing and set the DNS name with IP in DNS settings on my domain controller. When I try to access the NLB01 site from a local server it doesn't work, site doesn't load.

If I try to access the site from my local laptop connected to VPN that has access to the same network, the NLB01 site loads with no issues. I don't know why it doesn't work. I can access the site from the cluster server but not any other server.

192.168.2.1 is the default gateway for my wireless router in my home. I connect to VPN using Fortigate VPN software that connects to our Fortigate FW. The 10.212.134.X network is the VPN network.

I can access the site with no issues locally on my laptop that will have a 192.168.2.X network and VPN network but if I try to access the site on a server that is on the 192.168.0.X network it does not work. My NLB IP address is 192.168.0.32 and I assigned a DNS name to it on the domain controlled NLB.X.com and I am able to ping the DNS name on any server and ping the IP without issues but trying to access the site on a browser does not work

Can you view the website by specifying the IP address(192.168.0.32) directly in your browser?
