Trying to determine if and older Windows 11 PC is useable as a dedicated Storage pool NAS or if it's garbage by calculating the bottle neck (formula)

So the formula we be something like this:

Ethernet speed = 1,2.5, or 10 Gbs

Through PC = ??? (Processor, PCI channels, available RAM, RAM Speed)

To SATA divided by 3 channels going to 3 of the same drive types)

Write speed of each SATA Drive

Any formulas out there?

Thanks,
