    Hi Sim Chansea

Error code 0xc000000f usually indicates that the Boot Configuration Data (BCD) file is missing or corrupted. This can happen when the system is unable to locate the boot files required to start Windows.

To resolve this issue, you can try the following steps:

    1. Boot the system using the Windows installation media in UEFI mode.
    2. Select the language and other preferences, and click on "Next".
    3. Click on "Repair your computer" at the bottom left corner of the screen.
    4. Select "Troubleshoot" > "Advanced options" > "Command Prompt".
    5. In the Command Prompt window, type the following command and press Enter: bootrec /fixboot
    6. Once the command is executed successfully, type the following command and press Enter: bootrec /rebuildbcd
    7. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.
    8. Restart the system and check if the issue is resolved.

If the issue persists, you may need to check the system firmware settings to ensure that the UEFI boot mode is enabled and the boot order is set correctly. You can also try updating the system firmware to the latest version available from the manufacturer's website.

    Best Regards,

    Hania Lian
