WSUS Connection Errors

Hi All,

We have a WSUS server which is having issues connecting and unable to get any updates. The firewall have been configured to allow outbound requests to Microsoft URLS on port 80/443. I can see traffic going out to update.microsoft.com. Have tried pointing server to proxy but getting unable to connect to remote server. Does anyone know what these errors mean and how to resolve?

  1. Error without Proxy

WebException: The request failed with HTTP status 404: Not Found.
