Get started tab and sample data

Question

Hello,
The question is about Power Apps or AI models (I couldn't find a matching tag)

In this course, it is mentioned that I have all I need to create a model in the Get started tab => Where is this Get started tab ?
I don't see it anywhere on the Power Apps AI models page nor when I open a pop-in window like "Extract information from invoices" AI model.

Second question : the same course says that I can use sample data. According to this link , I need to make sure "Deploy sample apps and data" option is activated. I can't find it in my settings. Can you show me the path to it please ?
