trying the Microsoft developers program from this url

https://developer.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/dev-program

again today and got the same old 50001. Been this way for a week now.

This attempt was from the AVG Secure browser.

on the 4th page, it asks for my phone #
After clicking the join button on the 4th page, it errors out with 50001

saying it is an internal error and the above ms correlationid.

I have worked in Sharepoint Logs for decades. I assume the ms Correlationid is similar to the sharepoint log id. I need support to review the logs and filter to entries tied to my ms correlationID,

to determine the root cause. This is the answer I am hoping will be posted to this message.

I have tried every combination possible from the client side and put close to 20 hours of my time in to this. I am asking for 15 min of your time to get the logs please.

This really should be an automated procedure to pull the log entries when a correlationid is pasted in a ticket.

with the repeated delays or no answers, it seems like microsoft directive is for me to buy and F3 license instead. I wish someone would just confirm that instead of leaving me wondering for so long.

Here are other attempts so far

https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/2200319/error-50001-when-registering-for-the-microsoft-dev

all these tickets give various conditions I have tried, but the key is, I need the correlation ID looked up in the logs before they expire. There is no escalation process that I have found so far for developer program. I tried sending a summary email to support@microsoft.com, but havent heard anything in days.

Anything?
