How to escalate a Microsoft Partner Support ticket? (AI only responses, no human contact)
Hello,
I am a Microsoft Partner, and I am experiencing difficulties escalating a support ticket regarding my domain verification issue. My ticket has been open for several weeks, but every response I receive is a generic AI-generated message stating that my issue is "under review" without any real progress.
I have attempted the following steps:
- Called Microsoft Partner Support – The AI assistant answers my call, but instead of connecting me to a human, it redirects me back to the Partner Center with no option for escalation.
Checked the Partner Center support options – There doesn’t seem to be a clear way to escalate a case to a higher-level support team or schedule a call with a human agent.
Reached out via email support – The responses I receive are repetitive and provide no resolution (see below for examples).
I need to speak to an actual human support representative, either via email, phone, or a scheduled appointment.
Questions:
Is there any way to escalate a Microsoft Partner Support ticket beyond AI-generated responses?
Is it still possible to schedule a call or Teams meeting with a real support agent? If so, how?
Are there alternative ways to contact a human Microsoft representative regarding partner support issues?

Below are some of the generic responses i've recieved.
"Thank you for reaching out! Your issue is under review currently. As soon as we have an update, we will inform you. "
"Thank you for reaching out! Your issue [issue related to verification] is under review currently. As soon as we have an update, we will inform you. "
I would appreciate any guidance on how to properly escalate this issue and speak to an actual Microsoft representative.
Thank you!
Steve
