Remove Users From Risky Users List

Is there a way to remove users from the risky users list in Entra ID?

I have tried confirming that the users are safe and dismissing the users risk.

I understand that you have noticed a Risky Users under Identity Protection and now you would like to remove the users from the Risky Users list.

If you know the users aren't risky, you can dismiss user risk in Entra ID protection for more information please read Dismiss user risk by using this procedure the user is no longer at risk, and all the risky sign-ins and corresponding risk detections are dismissed. Because this method doesn't affect the user's existing password.
Also, there are other scenarios where you can investigate and remove the risky users list, please read the relevant document to Remediate risks and unblock users
