To grant access to a Standard Tier Azure Service Bus from Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) using a private endpoint, follow these steps:

Create a Service Bus namespace in the Standard tier.

Set up an Azure virtual network and a subnet.

Create a private endpoint for the Service Bus namespace within the same virtual network.

Configure the networking settings to permit access from AKS to the private endpoint.

Please note that the private endpoint feature is primarily supported in the Premium tier of Azure Service Bus, so this limitation should be taken into account.
