Created free trail azure account ,amount 2 INR debited for verification from credit card but subscription not created

I have created azure account and provided credit card details for identification to activate free trail account, 2 INR debited from my credit card but free subscription is not activated, not getting error also after amount debited , it again going to credit card verification page if there is any error why my money is debited , if debited i should get free subscription right ? can you help me with thi
