I have successfully activated $25000 Azure credits and could see that in the foundershub. But next day credit reverted and no longer see the credits in the portal.

But when I check my usage at https://www.microsoftazuresponsorships.com/Balance, and there I can see full credits. Please help me with this.

    Hi Rukshan Dangalla,

If your Azure credits are no longer visible in the Founders Hub but appear as active in the Azure Sponsorship Portal, please ensure that your $25,000 Azure credits were properly activated in the Founders Hub. Startups must activate their Azure credits within 90 days of accepting the program agreement, and the activation process must be fully completed.

Additionally, please verify that all tasks in the verification checklist were completed during activation. Only account owners can access and monitor the Azure Sponsorship Portal, so ensure you are signed in with the registered Azure sponsorship account when checking or attempting to view your credits in the Founders Hub. This may be a synchronization issue within the Founders Hub portal.
If the issue persists, we recommend reaching out to Microsoft support for further assistance Submit Support Request. Please reach out to us if you have any other queries.
