Billing for Pro Direct Support plan

Among the StartUP support benefits, there was information that Azure has Pro-direct support.

However, when I changed the support plan to Pro-Direct, which was set to Standard today, I was immediately charged $1,000.

I was surprised, so I changed it back to Standard and tried to inquire about the refund part, but there was no way to inquire and they kept telling me to check only within the portal.

Even when I contacted the email address I had previously contacted, it said that the email address did not exist.

How on earth can I solve this problem?

And is Pro-Direct no longer supported among the StartUP program benefits?

I would be so grateful if someone could help me.

    The Pro-Direct support plan appears to be available under the StartUp program, but it may not be included as a free benefit. We recommend reviewing your program’s terms and conditions for confirmation. The retrieved documents do not specify billing policies or immediate charges, but switching to Pro-Direct incurs a $1,000 per month cost. You will need to work with a billing engineer to help assist with this matter. Can you please create a ticket here with them.
