I am unable to start the Microsoft Learn Sandbox. As suggested on other message boards, I have logged out of all accounts, deleted all the history, and cleared the cache, but I am still unable to start the Sandbox. I've included a few snapshots below to highlight the problem. It is coming across as an account or subscription issue. Please help resolve this. It used to work perfectly till the last week. Thank you.

    Hi Seenu,

Please follow my workaround below and let me know your results.

You should be able to work around the issue by first Activating the sandbox (solving puzzles, reviewing/accept permissions, etc.) and then once you see the sign-in box appear on the right open a new browser tab. In this new tab, browse to https://shell.azure.com. If your existing sandbox hasn't expired you can use that instead of activating a new one.

    When prompted, click Bash

Next choose No storage account required, for Subscription select Concierge Subscription, and click Apply.

After several seconds delay while a cloud shell is requested and connected to, you should see $ prompt. At this point you can complete the exercises instructions, copy/paste code from exercise tab to cloud shell browser tab as needed, open Azure portal, etc.

Please click Accept Answer and upvote if the above was helpful.

    Thanks.

I did not backup my authenticator but now I removed it from my sign-in process and I am able to log into my Office 365 subscription. Now the sandbox did not start and then I went to shell.azure.com it asked me to type in my login information and I am getting the following message after typing it in. No, I am not able to start a sandbox session the shell. Thank you.User's image
