How to create a support ticket?

Hello,

I paid for an upgraded support plan and yet I cannot find the right place to open a support ticket to increase my email quota.

So can anyone from Microsoft help me with that?

I think hiding the support section is deliberate.

Hi,

Please create a new Service and subscription limits (quotas) support request using instructions below. Reference this article for creating required txt file with answers to questions that I will mention later.

NOTE: The link above should take you to Cost Management -- Help -- New support request blade in the Azure portal. If for some reason the link doesn't work you can navigate there manually by searching for Cost Management in search box at top of Azure portal, then clicking Help -- New support request on left.

Select Issue type: Service and subscription limits (quotas), and Quota type: Other requests and click Next. On Additional details tab enter a description and attach .txt with answers to questions as article describes using File upload box, fill out other options, click Next, and submit ticket.

After submitting you should receive an automated email within a few minutes.
