Based on my query, I found a related thread, while the actual current page for AZ 305 does not have any prerequisites. I am confused about it.

Hi,
You need to have Active Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104) certification in addition to passing AZ-305 exam to earn Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification. Please see article below:

If you can see the attachment , under pre-requisites az-104 was not mandate . I have read this article earlier but the information is not clear to me. Can you check the attachment and let me know if need to write az-104 for sure ?

The attachment you posted was for the exam page, not the certification. Please see the link I posted above, which clearly shows you need Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104).I'm 100% certain AZ-104 is required. I have the Solutions Architect Expert certification myself.

I'm in his boat. I understand now that this expert certification requires "one exam" and "one earned certification."
