Issue: Connection Default Azure OpenAI can't be found in this workspace.
Resolution:I just tried again and there is no problem now.
The following are the steps.
I clicked on DeepSeek-V3 in the following page.
Then click Deploy.
Click Create a new project
Click Create.
The project is created successfully. The above is exactly what I did on Mar 19 when I encountered the error. It looks like something has been fixed.
