Hi @Vu Nguyen ,
When you send an email to a distribution list in Outlook, the way it counts towards your daily sending limit depends on how the distribution list is stored:
- Distribution Groups in Organization's Address Book: If the distribution list is stored in your organization's address book, it counts as one recipient. This means sending an email to a distribution list of 300 users will count as one email towards your daily limit.
- Distribution Groups in Contacts Folder: If the distribution list is stored in the Contacts folder of your mailbox, each member of the group is counted individually. In this case, sending an email to a distribution list of 300 users will count as 300 emails towards your daily limit.
