teams voice issue

Hello

Please i need your help on this issue.

WE are having teams voice issue.

There is an issue where a user in a call queue is not ringing at the same time as the other user..

We thought it was fixed but it appears to not be... the user is not ringing when the default auto attendant (option 2 ] option 2) is pressed... in particular call queue.

    According to your problem description, please try the following steps to troubleshoot:

    1. Check call queue settings: In the Microsoft Teams admin center, go to Voice > Call Queues, select the call queue you are having problems with, and make sure all settings are configured correctly.
    2. Turn off state-based routing: If state-based routing is enabled, it may prevent all devices from ringing. Contact your IT administrator to turn off this feature in the Microsoft Teams admin center.
    3. Simultaneous ring settings: Check whether the "Always ring on this device even when active on desktop" setting in Teams settings is selected.
    4. Recreate the call queue: If the above steps do not solve the problem, you can consider recreating the call queue using PowerShell.

    If the problem persists, it is recommended to contact Microsoft Online Support.
