- Check call queue settings: In the Microsoft Teams admin center, go to Voice > Call Queues, select the call queue you are having problems with, and make sure all settings are configured correctly.
- Turn off state-based routing: If state-based routing is enabled, it may prevent all devices from ringing. Contact your IT administrator to turn off this feature in the Microsoft Teams admin center.
- Simultaneous ring settings: Check whether the "Always ring on this device even when active on desktop" setting in Teams settings is selected.
- Recreate the call queue: If the above steps do not solve the problem, you can consider recreating the call queue using PowerShell.
If the problem persists, it is recommended to contact Microsoft Online Support.
