I am trying to work with my program and when I launch debug I am getting an error on the dev tunnels where it's saying Rate limit exceeded 429. It's been going on for a day now and I really need to keep working on my project. I have looked all over and I can't find where this might be. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I can't check the status of the tunnel as well.

Could you please provide more insights on which Azure services you are using and what you are trying to achieve? Additionally, are you following the documentation and encountering any issues.

So I have been working on a dialup solution to AI and all I'm doing is trying to launch my web app in debug mode and the dev tunnel won't even initialize. It spins for awhile then fails giving me the error. It's not saying that it's a problem with tokens or cognitive services it won't even start. This is what I get. I have looked all over to find where I have exceeded a resource and have gone through everything in quota and I just can't find this anywhere.

Hey Ryan,
Thank you for looking at this. I also have no issue upgrading my service at this point. And If I seem a bit terse, it comes from stress from the fact that I was laid off and now I'm trying to come up with something that will help me avoid the Walmart Greeter nightmare that I have been having lately. Any help would be more than appreciated.

And just FYI, I have been working on this for months now and never had this problem. I had an issue before where I over used the tokens for the LLM's but that was just a matter of switching to the other LLM I had setup in East2.
Essentially I have a number in ACS that I dial which hits my eventgrid subscription that has the url of the dev tunnel which then opens to my app which then waits for the event and then picks up the call and then creates the connections to all the services and also creates the bidirectional media stream to my app and things progress from there.
The problem is that the tunnel never setups up. So it's not a limitation on the other services that I'm attaching too. It's a more basic failure.
I am able to publish the app and have it run so not cognitive services. Not LLM tokens...
It's the underlying mechanism of starting the tunnel and or the forwarding of the packets out to me. I'm using the free services as much as I can although it's costing me about 300 a month to work on this, but anyway. Is it possible that I am hitting some sort of ingress outgress restriction on my subscription? I have been digging all around and I can't find where I am oversubscribing anything.
I guess I could create another dev tunnel, but it's specifically talking about a limitation so I'm just totally stumped.

First @Daniel Bartz sorry to hear about your current situation. I know that can't be easy.

If I'm understanding you correctly, you've started out with Call Automation AI sample - An Azure Communication Services sample overview | Microsoft Learn and your dev tunnel use to work but now it's no longer functioning. Is that right? Even if it's not the same quick start, I'm assuming you configured your dev tunnel in a similar fashion?

Yeah, and I have been using this for months. Nothing has changed. Unfortunately I am getting the same error when using ngrok. I'm completely stuck. I can see the ok it does not activate. If I go to the url directly, it gives me the same error.

Can you inspect the traffic of your devtunnel and drop the har file in the private message?

Hi @Daniel Bartz

Thanks for continuing to work with us offline. You were able to unblock yourself by creating a new user account and thereby a new tunnel. Concurrently, I'm following up with the team to determine how does one end up getting throttled and how can it mitigated should it happen again.

When I gather those details, I'll update this post.
