Hello @Paul Martin Admin,
Thank you for your time on the call.
As discussed, we observed that Microsoft Entra Connect Health for Sync was not upgraded correctly to the latest version, which caused the agent to enter an unhealthy state.
According to Microsoft’s documentation, if the Microsoft Entra Connect Health for Sync agent registration fails after successfully installing Microsoft Entra Connect, you can manually register the agent using a PowerShell command or install it manually on the servers.
Manually Register Microsoft Entra Connect Health for Sync
To resolve the issue, we downloaded the Microsoft Entra Connect Health for Sync agent from the following link: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=104056&msockid=222e69865a7e627315b67d355e7e64ff
After installation, we authenticated using a Global Administrator account. Once the setup was completed, we confirmed that the Health Agent was successfully upgraded to the latest version. Additionally, the Azure Portal now reflects the agent status as Healthy.
