Hello everyone, how are you?

I am trying to login in Founders hub with the linkedin button:

https://foundershub.startups.microsoft.com/login

It throws the error:

Screenshot 2025-03-20 084644.png
"We encountered an unexpected error. Please try again."

I tried to contact Microsoft support but they told me to contact linkedin since it should be their error. When I tried to contact Linkedin support they told me to contact Microsoft since it is their error.

Analyzing the calls stack in console, the last success call is from Linkedin and the first failed is at:

https://foundershub.startups.microsoft.com/auth/linkedin-signup-callback?code=AQSFCbAd0JmqtnezcNFKldlsopICTXpu7JAJmdmfyB5gTDy9T4qEM51lfAz7cvsIOwoR3Iiiip_uYuGAwlr1Mv6oY0RXbJj7MEkSEpoQp_pkxdB8jp8rD06vy3hJpV9DDUbsYlypzaYXRTixtCmsMBmCaGKpFmU_VyTjc-RxfrFcWRFu8UWTgImKAkidrRz33S2p8zGhLF5geuf7fi8&state=8jGZPNcsBpUUA1pg4j5vog9VT5gY2U

So it's definitely a Microsoft bug. Can anyone help me with that?

Best,

    Hi Hugo Aroeira,

If you're currently unable to access your LinkedIn account and this is preventing your upgrade within the Microsoft for Startups Founders Hub and the associated Azure credits, we recommend reaching out directly to LinkedIn Support to resolve the access issue. LinkedIn is an essential part of the application and verification process for the Founders Hub, and restoring access to your LinkedIn account is a key step in moving forward.

However, if you're unable to regain access despite working with LinkedIn Support, and this continues to block your Founders Hub upgrade or access to Azure sponsorship, we suggest contacting the Microsoft for Startups support team to inquire about alternative verification options. While exceptions are not guaranteed, the team may be able to guide you through additional verification steps that do not rely on LinkedIn.
