Hi @Daphné De Witte ,
According to my research, this can happen if your email address is included in the contact list or distribution list you're replying to, or if there's a setting in your email client causing this behavior.
Here are a few steps you can try to resolve this:
- Check Contact Lists: Ensure your email address isn't part of any contact or distribution lists you're replying to.
- Rules: Check if a rule is enabled (File > Manage Rules & Alerts)
- Accidental "Reply All" Usage: Sometimes, the "Reply All" function might include your own address by default.
- Update Email Client: Make sure your email client is up to date. Sometimes, bugs causing such issues are fixed in newer versions.
- Corrupted Data file: Delete your OST file, then restarted Outlook.
