Experiencing slow performance on Microsoft Learn website starting 11:00 AM UTC

The Microsoft Learn website seems to be slow the past few days, starting from 11:00 AM UTC. Pages don't load all the content; the "exp" tag shows just a grey hexagon, the "Next" button doesn't appear, modules in the Learning Path are empty, etc. Internet speed isn't an issue because other websites load quickly. I did some basic troubleshooting, like clearing the cache and using incognito mode. I also asked a friend from another city to load the website, and they had the same results.
