Why am I not able to create an Identity Validation Request for my Organization?

As far as I can tell, I have followed the guide steps exactly and I am unable to create an Identity Validation request for the Trusted Signing Account. I am assuming there is a block on the ability of the Azure Account itself to create a Validation Request due to it's age, or something to this effect. How do I resolve this issue promptly?

We are finalizing our initial release of our software and we want to incorporate Trusted Signing of our installers into our CI/CD pipeline that builds our installers.

Hello @Aus Lacroix,Based on your description, I understand that you are unable to submit a new organization validation request and are encountering with an error:

As of April 2, 2025, Microsoft has updated its Trusted Signing public preview program. The service is now limited to new customer subscriptions from organizations based in the United States and Canada with at least three years of verifiable history. As a result, organizations from other countries, are currently unable to submit new validation requests for the remainder of the public preview phase, as individual developer onboarding has been paused.

I hope this information is helpful. Please feel free to reach out if you have any further questions.
