Troubleshooting Logon Issues with AVD

Question

Experiencing difficulties logging into AVD, where it prompts for a password and then displays the message: "the password used to connect did not work." It was assumed that the CAC pin would be the correct credential, as no password was set up previously. What steps can be taken to resolve this issue?
