Not receiving any code in Authenticator app.Unable to login account

Dear sir, my mail id ******@bobby1990.onmicrosoft.com Which was attached to my mobile but due to some reason its authentication has been missed due to mobile format, now I am using this ID in power bi and power apps, then it is asking for the code which is not coming in the authentication of my mobile, I am facing a lot of trouble because my project is stalled Please request you to find a solution to my problem. Thank you

Regarding the admin MFA issue only phone support can help and ask them to escalate your issue to the data protection team.

You: Authenticator.

IVR: What kind of product do you use?

You: Office 365 for business.

IVR confirmation: education or company account?

You: For companies

IVR: Are you an administrator?

You: Yes.

IVR: Do you have the other administrator in your organization?

You: No.
