Hello,

I've successfully published the Copilot agent to the Microsoft Teams channel with all required permissions and configurations. While the agent responds as expected within Copilot Studio, it is currently unresponsive to queries in the Teams channel.

I’d appreciate any insights or suggestions from the community to help resolve this issue.

    Hello @Nishant Patel
    Thanks for asking you query.

Please find below steps and documentation links

1.Make sure that authentication for Teams users is enabled. This is required in the case where the Teams users need to authenticate and interact with the agent. Add the scopes to the agent's manual authentication: Files.Read.All Sites.Read.All
2.The Publish button in Copilot Studio prepares the agent for publishing but it does not publish it to any channel automatically. You must add the agent to Teams before you can use it
3.For seamless authentication and authorization, you need to configure Single Sign-On (SSO) for Teams.
