Why I lost all the "Conversational Boosting" customizations, after switching between "Classic" & "Generative" modes

I have a Copilot agent created using copilot studio, and i did many modifications to the "Conversational boosting" stage, where i define to ask some questions & call power automate flows, something as follow (this is just a sample of what i did):-

Now i switched the mode from the original "Classic" to "Generative", then back to "Classic"..

but i have noted that after doing so, that all the above customization inside the "Conversational boosting" was removed, and i now have the default steps, as follow:-

so what could be causing this? and how i can restore back my customization ?

Thanks

    Hello john john Pter,
    Thanks for asking your Query.

Certain configurations may be reset when switching between modes, if the modes have different underlying structures or settings. If your content filter settings are set to HIGH, some responses might be filtered out, causing the default steps to appear: Make sure the knowledge sources you uploaded are available and configured properly. Verify again that the Conversational Boosting data sources are correctly connected. There may be variations in the environment settings because the Conversational Boosting topic functions in a stand-alone test Copilot but not in your primary deployment.

    Thanks,
