MS-102 Certification Not Showing in Microsoft Learn Dashboard
Dear Microsoft Certification Support Team,
I am writing to follow up regarding my recent MS-102: Microsoft 365 Administrator exam, which I completed on 11/04/2025 at 11:00 AM via online proctoring.
The exam status is marked as "Passed" in the Pearson VUE portal. I have confirmed with Pearson VUE support (Case Number: 12855861) that the exam results have been successfully submitted to Microsoft. They have advised me to contact Microsoft directly to investigate why the certification is not yet appearing in my Microsoft Learn Certification Dashboard.
As this certification is urgently required by my employer, I would appreciate your prompt assistance in ensuring the exam result is properly reflected in my certification profile.
