Completed AZ 305 certification exam on 16th September 2024 , unable to view the online certificate . The certification is displayed as passed , however the online downloadble url is not appearing ushing which we can downaload the certificate.

In order to earn Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification, you must have Active Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104) certification in addition to passing AZ-305. If you do not have that then you need to pass AZ-104 exam within 1 year of passing AZ-305 and certification will show up.

Hello, I have passed AZ 104 but unfortunately that does not show up in the list of passed certification when I login using this login. AZ 104 is visible in a different login credentials. PFA AZ 104 certification exam passed certificate . AZ 104.pdf. I have two login credentials to view my certificate . Request if all the certificates can be placed under 1 credentials , it will be helpful to resolve similar conflicts. Also pls generate my Azure Solution Architect Certificate so that I it helps me to accelerate my professional profile . AZ 104.pdf
Is one personal and the other a work account? If yes you can try merging the two:
Sign in to Learn using your personal account, next navigate to your settings using link below:
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/users/me/settings
Scroll down to Account Management, click Add account, sign in to your work account, and then you should get prompt to merge.
After all is finished I would sign in using separate browser/Guest profile with your personal account and then verify all your certifications are there. The idea is to not be signed in with your work account but verify you still have your certs.
