How do I factory reset / password reset a HoloLens Gen 1 ?

I have forgotten the password (single user on device) for the login on HoloLens (gen1). How do I factory reset or reset the password?

WDRT is not available for download.

Advanced Recovery Companion is stuck at 95% each time I download. Possible file issue?

Please let me know how to reset this device back to factory setting.
