Receiving the error code 0x80070005 when attempting to load apps on disk E, while installations work fine on other disks. Disk E is not full and has been verified functional using Victoria537.

The issue began after an unsafe shutdown and a factory reset of Windows 10. No technical problems have been noted with the disks, and various fixes have been implemented. This problem occurs with any Microsoft games, even those that are purchased, but apps like Spotify have been installed on Disk E without issues.
