Exam reschedule enquiry

Question

Hi Microsoft team,

Note: Under 'select a child tag' drop down I haven't seen my exam name that is 'DP 203, Data Engineering' so that I have selected 'Azure Data Box'

My MS ID is MS0994446566 exam DP-203 that was scheduled for 16th Jan'25 02:15 PM IST. During exam there was some issue with Pearson software webcam. When exam started, I was able to see my video in webcam (small video) but when I was on question 5th or 6th, suddenly video got black out and I immediately reported the same to invigilator via chat. They suggested me to refresh the session and start the exam again with same code that I already used.

I started my exam again and on the almost same time when I was on 5th or 6th, I faced the same problem of getting video black out. I was thinking to inform invigilator again and on the very same time I got a pop up that 'I hide my webcam and my exam was cancelled'.

However, I haven't done anything it was Pearson software issue, I request Microsoft to please review the case again (as I have informed them during exam about this issue). Due to financial crises, I cannot afford fee again to book a new exam, please.

I am already DP103, DP 900 certified and by heart learning Azure for my personal growth and future project challenges. I request Microsoft to please analyze the case and help me in rescheduling this exam. I have good faith on Microsoft, and I hope you will understand the case and do the justice please.
