Hi,I have the following error when trying to create a wordpress website hosted in azure webapp within microsoft learn sandbox, can you please help me ? (F1, D1, Y1, WS1)and blocks others likeS1andB1, which is why yourBasicLinux plan failed.The sandbox blocks resources like
MySQLFlexible Server with private-link, stopping their creation during deployments like WordPress templates.1). Choose the
Free(F1) orShared(D1) tier for your App Service Plan when creating your WordPress site.- Locate
App Service Plansettings and clickChange sizeto choose a different pricing tier. - Navigate to the Dev/Test tab and select the
F1size for free minutes.
2). The Microsoft Learn sandbox
may notsupport externalMySQLdatabases, causing theAllowed resource typesviolation. Try selectingMySQL in Appas the database provider if available.3). If the WordPress template causes issues, create a
basicApp Service (F1 tier) and manuallydeployWordPress on it.4). Switch to a
Free-trial, Pay-As-You-Go, or Azure for Students subscription, then create WordPress on App Service with a Basic (B1) or Standard plan for successful deployment.For policy issues, check Activity Logs for errors, find policy IDs in the JSON, and search them in Azure Policy to understand the restrictions.
