Two Severity A Cases Ignored for Days

Hello,
We are seeking clarification on the current status of the Azure support department. We have two Severity A issues open; one has been pending for 6 days without a response, and the other for several days without a reply. Despite being on the STANDARD support plan, which guarantees responses within a few hours, this has not been the case.
We followed a suggestion to escalate in X, provided the ticket numbers to the MS official account, there was still no follow-up.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
