We have submitted tickets but have not been able to get the right person to help with this. We have been in the startup program for 9 months but we are unable to use it effectively because the account that was originally associated with the startup program can no longer log in. The account simply does not exist and creating a new account with that email does not solve the problem.
The immediate problem for us is that only that account had the ability to create users that can be authorized to use the subscription. We have only one such user but a whole team that needs to be building.
This is an urgent issue for our startup at this point and we need to have it resolved. We have milestones at stake and we are enrolled in Techstars. We also need an extension to the renewal (end of May) because we have not been able to use our credits due to limited access.
