I passed my PL200 exam online on Sunday but I did not receive a congratulations email this time, there were some issues with the software hope nothing went wrong.

    Hi Nolan,

    Sometimes this happens... Can you see the certification in your transcript?

    To find your transscript click on your profile image in the top bar choose profile,

    User's image

    and then choose Transcript or Credentials

    It should be visible on one those pages, if not its best to go to the Microsoft Credentials support forum:
