I’ve completed all the necessary steps to unlock additional Azure credits, including reaching a strong engagement score and finishing the verification checklist. My current Azure credit balance is fully used ($25,000 out of $25,000), and I would greatly appreciate it if you could review my account ahead of the scheduled automatic review.
We’re actively building and scaling our cloud printing solution for airports, and additional Azure credits would help us maintain development momentum without interruption.

Thanks for the information.
I’ve reviewed our account and confirmed that we completed the entire verification checklist last year, and none of the items have expired. However, when I click on the “Unlock more credits” option, nothing happens—there’s no response or confirmation.
As our $25,000 credit is fully used and we are actively scaling our cloud printing solution for airports, I would appreciate it if you could help check if anything is blocking the automated review or advise how to proceed in this situation.

For accounts that have received Azure credits of $25,000 or more, the process for unlocking additional credits is automated. These accounts are typically reviewed approximately 45 days prior to the expiration of their current credits. Once reviewed, a decision is generally made within three business days. If approved, additional Azure credits and an extended program duration will be automatically applied to the account, no manual request is necessary.

At this time, there is no formal process to request an early review outside of the scheduled review window. However, to maximize your chances of receiving further support, we recommend ensuring that all items in your verification checklist are completed and that your engagement score remains high, as these are key factors in determining continued eligibility.
If your current credits have been fully utilized and you require urgent assistance, you may contact Microsoft for Startups support to inquire about a potential exception or expedited review.
