We are an Azure P2 customer. We've searched the entire directory looking for OIDC as an option and it is missing. Why? We had set this up with Google, Microsoft etc. We need this for an Apple Sign in setup and we just cannot proceed without this option which has gone AWOL.

    Hi @SJ Admin

I sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused on the issue. We have found that there is an issue with the platform and found the priority and paid subscriptions are not visible along with the thread. We are rectifying all kind of issues and trying to find the priorities as soon as possible and connect with you accordingly. Since you are our priority customer, we would like to provide you the better support on the issue by working with you closely on the issue.

As per your description on the query, you would like to have OIDC option to enable Apple sign in your tenant.

May I know where exactly you would like to add Apple sign in. Are you working on Azure B2C tenant or Microsoft Entra External ID.

If you are working on Azure AD B2C, you can go through this document to configure Apple ID for sign up and sign in: Set up sign-up and sign-in with an Apple ID using Azure Active Directory B2C.

If you would like to add it as a generic OpenID connect in B2C, here is the document: Set up sign-up and sign-in with generic OpenID Connect using Azure Active Directory B2C.

To add Apple is an identity provider in Microsoft Entra External ID, please go through this document: Add Apple as an identity provider (preview).

If you would like to add External OpenID connect provider in Microsoft Entra External ID, please follow this document: Add OpenID Connect as an external identity provider

But adding Custom open ID connect option is not available in Entra workforce tenant. You can provide feedback in Azure feedback forum.

I hope this information is helpful. Please feel free to reach out if you have any further questions.
