credits not added on azure account

I received $5000 in credits from the Founders Hub after connecting my Azure account, but the billing section shows only ₹15,000 and is asking for the remaining payment. Please guide me on how to redeem the credits and pay the Azure bill. But credits is not showing the billing side so please help me how to add on azure wallet. Regards

    If your $5,000 Azure credits are not showing in the billing section, first ensure they’ve been activated by signing into the Founders Hub and completing the Azure activation process. After activation, confirm you're using the correct Azure Sponsorship account and check the credit status in the Sponsorship Portal. For offers up to $5,000, credits are usually applied automatically upon approval, provided all verification steps were completed. Only account owners can access the Sponsorship Portal, so make sure you're signed in with the registered account. If the credits still don’t appear, it may be due to a sync delay in the Founders Hub.
