My exam was cancelled on 04-05-2025. Can you please re schedule my my exam

Last Sunday I have az 900 exam unfortunately some network issues it was cancelled automatically and while I'm trying to write my exam it showing your exam was cancelled and reschedule your again as soon as possible if any queries plz contact Microsoft support team
