Hi, we have redeemed our azure benefit a couple of days ago, but when i click the 'azure portal' button or login via portal.azure.com with my .onmicrosoft.com account, I can get into Azure but there is no subscription listed. it is ask if i have no subscription. I have tried logging in with my FOUNDERS HUB admin account as well, but no luck. Does anyone have any ideas what I can do? or is it time to open a ticket?

    Hello @Sal Rosales ,

It appears that the issue you're experiencing—where Azure subscriptions are not visible after redeeming benefits through the Founders Hub—may be due to an account or synchronization issue. Please ensure that you are signed into the Azure Portal using the same account associated with your Founders Hub benefits. Verify that your Azure credits have been successfully redeemed and linked to this account and confirm that all required steps in the Founders Hub verification checklist were completed during activation. Only account owners can access and manage credits via the Azure Sponsorship Portal, so be sure you are logged in with the correct sponsorship account. If the credits still do not appear, this could be a temporary synchronization issue between the Founders Hub and Azure Portal.

If the issue persists, we recommend reaching out to Microsoft support for further assistance Submit Support Request. Please reach out to us if you have any other queries.
